Consignment, Thrift, & Antique Haul

When I tell you I love consignment and antique store shopping, I really do. It’s even more enjoyable when you find great prices on nice items. On this trip, I made it my mission to grab two purses that have been on my radar, and I ended up finding more things that caught my eye along the way. Scroll down to see my new classic and chic finds!

Shoes

When I saw these Zebra Print Vince Camuto Pumps, I was in awe! I knew I was in for a treat with what the store had out this day. Luckily, these gorgeous pumps fit me perfectly, just how I like them.

So far, I have worn them a couple of times out and about, and these pumps make me look ultra feminine and fabulous. So far, I get compliments whenever I wear them out. So much so that this lady made her way from across the street, at a local vintage market, just to tell me my shoes were gorgeous.

Another factor in getting the babies was knowing they should be on the comfortable side since they have a thicker heel.

To verify, these heels are comfortable to walk in at first, but then they start to feel hard after a while. I think a cushion insert would help a lot, but that is what I have noticed so far in terms of comfort.

Also, from this trip:

Those brown and black sandal kitten heels were so chic too! Definitely wore these a couple of times this summer (update).

These Bow Pumps are so adorable with a very sharp toe. I love the intertwined ribbon design of these heels. Unfortunately, I have not worn these heels at all this summer. I really forgot that I had them, but I do not see these shoes in plane sight.

I will like to preface though in terms of confort, the shoes are prettt sturdy. I think I would have to break in the feeling of the long pointy toe, and the back strap is spongy, but I feel like the strap falls down a little.

Grateful, I believe that these observations are all fixable, I will make my duty to wear this before the summer heat is over with and will also incorpate this into fall.

Automaticaly, I think pairing these heels with some grey pants, and even interwining these with some burgundy colors.

Bags

This is a vintage Dooney & Burke and you can tell it is bag of quality that is built to last through time. This bag features authentic "lined" leather bag with a tag that establish the establishment of this brand of 1975.

The strap of this bag is to die for! So stunning, the strutcure is bold and grunge, while still being dark, feminine, and chic at that. I found this purse at local antique near me and the dealer had his whole booth 50%. I also got a chance to have a conversation with this dealer prior to and he was a cool dude.

I am on a Dooney & Burke run today. Please, let's provide a moment of silence for the beautiful color of this Dooney & Burke bag. I know this bag is vintage because I used to own the same style in a different color when I was in middle school. This bag is definitely in great shape, and I just love the small duffle style! It is so feminine! Not to mention, I got this bag for $20. Stop it!

I saw this purple bag at one of my favorite consignment stores ever, a few months ago. When I went into the store, I was pleasantly surprised to find my bag still there. I love the dark plum color of this bag, its genuine leather, and its practical design, which lets me easily achieve an elevated casual-chic look.

Accessories

I want to preface this section by saying I'm very picky when it comes to jewelry. I love classic, bold, fun jewelry that makes a statement and doesn't look cheap. Some of the jewelry items I found were mainly silver. They all look well embellished, soft, and add character easily.
